Muzzammil obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) from the University of the Free State in the year 2018. Thereafter, he completed his Practical Vocational Training and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in May 2021. He joined the Essack and Hansa team as an associate attorney in our deceased estates department in September 2021 and was admitted as a Notary Public in 2023. Muzzammil holds experience in the Administration of Deceased Estates, Conveyancing, Trust Administration, Contract Law and general Civil Litigation. Principles of punctuality, integrity and reliability are the forefront of his persona and for that reason, he serves as an asset to this firm.

Keyura Singh is an Admitted Legal Practitioner of the High Court of South Africa. Keyura obtained her LLB degree cum laude from the University of KwaZulu – Natal and gained valuable litigation experience during her practical vocational training at the University of KwaZulu- Natal Law Clinic. She currently practises within our litigation department with a keen focus on civil litigation and family law.
Vilencia Govender is a paralegal with over 7 years of experience in the legal field. Vilencia obtained an LLB (Law) degree from the University of KwaZulu – Natal and is currently pursuing her practical legal training and is working towards becoming an admitted attorney. Vilencia’s focus is largely litigation, with a keen interest in family law, particularly divorces, maintenance, domestic violence, care and contact applications and relocation applications.
